If your website is in different language than English, and if you will need to edit some words on website than you will need to go to:
Admin -> General Setting -> Language
After click on pencil next to language you need to change the word(s) and it will show you all the text so in your browser pres CTRL and leter F (CTRL+F) in the same time and copy the word what you need to translate and paste in the botom field and press enter it will take you to the field in the left side will be in English in the Right side will be in Language what you selected so edit there and press the button save :)
