Whilst we will attempt to ensure that there are no changes to the goods to be supplied, it is possible that there might be some minor variations to the description and/or specification of the goods which arise by virtue of changes made by the manufacturers.

5.1 Prices displayed do not include delivery costs. For delivery information please refer to the delivery Information.

5.2 All prices quoted include the current UK VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are expected. Orders will be processed at our published prices. In the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

5.3 Payment is taken at the point of checking out, we do not offer Credit Accounts at present. Payment can be made with major credit, debit cards and via PayPal.

5.4 Credit and Debit Card Payments are processed by our Payment Gateway Paypal. We also, where relevant, use 3D secure to prevent fraudulent transactions.

5.5 We are entitled to cancel any contract in whole or in part to the extent that it is for the purchase of a product the price of which was stated incorrectly on the website.

6.0 Payment

6.1 Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, payment shall be due and payable at the time the order is placed and accepted by us.

6.2 All goods remain the property of our shop until paid for in full. Title to goods will not pass to the customer until payment has been received in full.

6.3 Online orders are processed automatically via fully secure servers.

6.4 We will confirm acceptance of your online order by e-mail to the address you have given and the sending of this e-mail (whether or not it is received) forms the Contract between us.

7.0 Placing an Order

7.1 Orders are subject to acceptance by us and are subject to availability.

7.2 After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order is an offer to us to buy a product. Orders are subject to acceptance.

7.4 You may cancel a contract and receive a refund any time by informing us in writing.

8.0 Missing Parcels

8.1 When you inform us in writing, we will start our missing parcel procedure if your order fails to arrive within 14 days (UKonly) and 14 days (International) of despatch.

8.2 We will investigate your claim and if we are satisfied that the non arrival of the parcel belongs to us then a refund will be credited to the credit/debit card which was used to place the order.

8.3 Please note that we may refuse to make future deliveries to addresses that we consider to be insecure. If this is the case our customer service team will contact you and ask you to provide an alternative delivery address for future orders

13.1 We shall not bear liability for failure to perform its obligations according to this agreement if such failure as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike or lockout.

13.2 You shall not be entitled to terminate this Agreement under the Termination clause in such circumstances. We shall not bear responsibility for and damages due to such circumstances.

14.0 Termination

14.1 Without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to Us it shall be entitled to terminate the Contract between US and the Customor or suspend any further orders under the Contract between the Us and the Customor without any liability.

14.2 The Costumer committing a breach of this Agreement provided WE has notified him of the breach and in the case of that breach being capable of remedy, the breach has not been remedied within seven days of receipt of such notice.

 

15.0 Outage Policy

15.1 WE will not bear responsibility for and damages due to such an outage
